This blog is a personal space, open to the public, where I put some travel notes, thoughts and tips&tricks.

It’s meant to be useful for me, to remember handy information discovered in my trips, and for friends that ask my opinion on what to visit and how things work in another country.

The blog nature is to be practical, brief and functional. It collects my personal opinions on what I enjoyed and what not (since internet is full of general travel plans) and has NO narrative, NO billion of nice pics (surprise when you will experience it) and NO ornaments.

The logo is an ambigram, a word that can be read normally or upside-down and has the same meaning. This instead has two different meanings: “Igor” and “blog”. I was looking for a cool logo design and I discovered this technique that interested me a lot. Since both words have 4 characters I tried the classic merging one-to-one but, with such different shapes, it was not so successfull. Eventually, I figured out it was better with the “o” in the center and the side characters merged two into one. Yes, I made it spin cause it’s more fun. chart
